In accordance with the provisions of Article 11 of the Digital Services Act Regulation (EU), SPARTOO provides a single point of contact for Member State authorities, the European Commission, and the Commission, which can be reached by email at dsa@spartoo.com. In accordance with the provisions of Article 12 of the EU Regulation Digital Services Act, SPARTOO provides a single point of contact for recipients of the service: adriana@{DOMAIN_NAME}. Updated on 15 April 2025
In accordance with the provisions of Article 16 of the Digital Services Act Regulation (EU), SPARTOO has set up a mechanism for reporting clearly illegal content via the email address: dsa@spartoo.com.
In accordance with the provisions of Article 24 of the EU Digital Services Act Regulation, SPARTOO publishes information every six months on the monthly average number of active recipients of its service within the European Union over the previous six months. For the period from July 1 to December 31, 2024, the monthly average number of active recipients of the {UCF_PNAME} websites' service in the European Union is 7.02 million.
